We start at the consumer unit, not at a slogan.
Most calls in Modiin begin with the same three questions: which way is the main switch, which circuits are labelled, and whether the tails and earth are fit to stay. The plate below is the kind of board we open on a survey — covers off, circuits named, RCD or RCBO arrangement checked before any new run is promised.
If the board is crowded, undocumented, or still using older cartridge protection, we say so on the first visit. We do not “tidy” a live board without isolation. Extra sockets, lighting points, and charger circuits only go in once the origin of the supply is understood.

The shop takes board work, fault finding, new points, dedicated EV-ready circuits, and test certificates. We do not treat illness, and we do not arrange loans or insurance products.

Survey, isolate and work, then test.

Survey the origin
We look at the meter position, tails, board, and the circuit you actually need. If a charger, extra cooker point, or loft run is the goal, that is written down before tools come out.

Isolate, then work
Circuits are identified and isolated. New points, board changes, and repairs happen on dead conductors. Neighbouring circuits stay labelled so the house is not left guessing.

Test and paper
Continuity, insulation, and RCD figures are taken where the job requires them. You leave with a certificate or a written note of what was found, not a verbal shrug.

Modiin Spark is a licensed electrician, company no. 516655218, founded 2012. Public liability cover is held for work in occupied dwellings and small premises in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut. We issue test certificates for the jobs we complete. We do not underwrite policies, sell medical devices, or comment on anyone’s health.
Job types
What a typical ticket looks like on the desk.
Calls are logged as board, fault, extra point, EV-ready circuit, lighting, or periodic test. Mixed tickets are split so the certificate matches the work. Same-day Friday slots are short jobs only — a dead socket, a failed RCD, a label set — not a full board change.

Extra outlets, fused spurs, and lighting points taken from a known circuit or a new radial as the survey requires.

RCD nuisance trips and dead rooms diagnosed from the board, then repaired or isolated pending parts.

Test certificates
Periodic inspection and installation certificates after new circuits, with figures kept on the job file.
