As-found schedule
Every way noted, including borrowed neutrals and unmarked lighting. Surprises stay on the sheet, not in the hallway conversation.
Job file
These are patterns, not invented reviews. Each job still starts with a survey at the board. Saturday remains closed.
How a ticket is opened
The desk logs name, address in Modiin-Maccabim-Reut, a photo of the consumer unit if you have one, and whether the issue is a trip, a planned extra point, a board, or an EV-ready circuit. We return with a survey window during Sun–Thu 08:00–17:00, or a short Friday morning slot if the work will fit.
Parts that are not on the van — a specific enclosure, a long SWA run, a charger isolator of a stated rating — are ordered after the survey. We do not guess cable length from a chat message.
Dwelling
A three-room apartment often needs two extra sockets on a home-office wall and a fused spur for a boiler that was never given its own way. We open the board, confirm the ring or radial, and either add accessories on a verified circuit or land a new 2.5 mm² radial if the existing cable is already at capacity.
Lift bookings and neighbour access for the meter cupboard are the household’s to arrange. We will not force a cupboard that the building manager has locked.
Board day
Board days are weekday work. The household is told how long the main switch will be off. Circuits are photographed, isolated, landed on the new ways, and tested. Kitchen and fridge are usually last back on. If bonding at the incoming position is missing, that is raised before we energise the new enclosure.

RCBO or split-load map, spare ways marked, certificate figures attached to the address file at the desk.
Call-out
A no-power ticket is isolation, proving dead, then a methodical split. If the fault is a nail through a lighting cable in a newly hung kitchen, we re-run that section and test the lighting circuit before we leave. If the fault is a utility-side outage, we stop at the meter and tell you who owns the next call.
We do not reset a breaker repeatedly to “see if it holds” while a damaged conductor is still in the wall.
After the tools
For new circuits and board changes: an installation certificate and a copy of the as-left schedule. For periodic inspection: a condition report with codes and limitations. For a small repair: a written note of the circuit, the fault, and the test after repair.
Email copies go to the address you give the desk. We do not publish job photos with identifiable interiors on this site.
