Controller
Who holds the file.
Modiin Spark is the controller for personal data we collect as a licensed electrician: names, phone numbers, emails, site addresses, board photographs you send, and test readings we take on the installation. We are not a clinic and not a bank. We do not build health records or credit files.

What we collect
Job details, not browsing profiles.
When you call or email, we keep what we need to survey and invoice: contact details, the address of the installation, a description of the fault or planned circuit, and photos of the consumer unit if you attach them. On site we record circuit schedules and test figures for certificates.
We do not ask for identity-card scans unless a building manager or insurer requires them for access, and we do not want medical histories or bank passwords. Those belong elsewhere.
This website
A corner notice, not a tracking suite.
modiinspark.pro is a static site. The yellow-bordered notice in the bottom-left corner stores a single sessionStorage flag named ms-cookie when you press Close, so the notice stays hidden for that browser session. It is not a third-party advertising cookie, not a full-width bar, and not a blocking modal.
We do not run marketing pixels on these pages. Server logs, if the host keeps them, are the host’s ordinary access logs — we do not use them to score households.
Forms
The enquiry form does not send itself.
The contact form uses action="#" and does not post to a server. Anything you type stays in the browser until you choose to phone or email the desk. If you email board@modiinspark.pro, the message lives in ordinary business mail and is copied into the job file for that address.
Do not put payment-card numbers in mail. Invoices are issued from the desk after the survey, not through this website.

Certificates and schedules
Installation certificates and as-left schedules are kept with the job for the period we need them for warranty, insurance questions, and repeat visits to the same board.
Your requests
Access, correction, deletion.
You may ask what we hold about your installation, ask us to correct an address or phone number, or ask us to delete an enquiry that did not become a job. Certificate copies already issued to a landlord or buyer may need to stay on that legal file; we will say so plainly.
Write board@modiinspark.pro with the site address and the request. This is an electrician’s desk: we will not process requests that are actually medical or banking disputes.
